we are looking for good Fresher/ graduates/ UG /any exp candidates for our Event (Training Sales) US region.

You Will Be Responsible For

·      Identify potential delegates/ Sponsors who would benefit from attending the events.

·      Identifying Relevant Companies

·      Research and identify companies that align with the target audience for upcoming events.

·      Own the top of the funnel: research, identify, and reach out to high-potential leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach platforms.

·      Initiate contact with identified prospects through phone calls.

·      Effectively communicate the value and benefits of attending the company's events.

·      Inviting Prospects to Events

·      Follow up with prospects to ensure their participation and provide necessary event details

Ideal Profile

·

·      Minimum 06months –2years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation, with hands-on exposure in the marketing, Conference / Trainings industry/ Travel/ Events services, any sales (ICC)

·      A natural communicator who thrives on conversations and converts curiosity into opportunity.

·      Having worked with Similar industry is added bonus.

·      Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach

·      Self-motivated, resilient, and passionate about meeting and exceeding targets

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs

·      Willing to work in Night shifts (US timings 6pm-3am) NO CABs (MALE Candidates only)

·      Office works Monday- Friday, Fixed Sat-sun Off

·      Availability to join on immediate basis.
