Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager, based in Mumbai. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential real estate projects, negotiating land deals, managing joint developments, and ensuring the successful acquisition of properties. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, relationship management with developers and landowners, and maintaining an updated database of opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on project targets and timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in identifying and evaluating potential real estate projects and negotiating land deals
- Strong market analysis and research skills
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills with developers and landowners
- Ability to manage joint development projects and coordinate with internal teams
- Proficiency in using technology and databases for property acquisition and project management
- Relevant qualifications in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the Mumbai real estate market is a plus
