Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

Act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients.

  • Customer Needs Analysis:

Understand the client's business or personal financial needs.

Offer tailored products or services that meet those needs.

  • Sales and Revenue Generation:

Drive sales and revenue by cross-selling and upselling products/services.

Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs.

  • Client Onboarding and Support:

Guide new clients through the onboarding process.

Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

  • Account Management:

Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.

Keep records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.

Provide strategic input to improve services and offerings.

  • Conflict Resolution:

Address and resolve client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer support, product, etc.) to deliver excellent service.

  • Reporting:

Maintain client activity reports and present performance updates to management.

  • Customer Retention:

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention
