Job Description:
- B. Tech/ M. Tech in Mechanical/ production engineering.
- 10-15 yrs of experience in reputed companies of rubber injection moulding companies.
- Candidate should fully be aware about shopfloor activities.
- Manpower handling, 7 QC tools, 6 Sigma etc.
- Candidate should be familiar with types of rubber machines the candidate has worked particularly DESMA machines.
- Candidate should be familiar how to interact with customers on the shopfloor. Problem solving knowledge etc.
- Candidate should be over all responsible for shopfloor activities in rubber moulding area.
- Candidate must update the management with day today targets/ problems on the shopfloor.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
B.tech Mechanical with 12-15 Year Experience in Production Rubber Moulding And injection Moulding
- Production planning and allocation of plan to team as per customer requirement.
- Ensuring production, productivity, and quality of product to achieve the desired OEE.
- Projects for cost reduction, improvements and presentation to management.
- Co-ordination with Purchase, Maintenance, QA, HR and admin team.
- Running Kaizen and Safety culture across the section.
- Co-ordinate with NPD team for new development trial.
