Job Summary:

This role involves supporting the sales team in day-to-day coordination, order management, and customer communication to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for order processing and delivery status.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, trackers, and MIS.
  • Follow up with clients for payments, orders, and documentation.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Ensure accurate filing and record-keeping of sales documents.

Work Timings: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM | Mon–Sat

Salary: As per industry standards
