Job description:

  • Coordinate with field sales executives, dealers and customers for order processing.
  • Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for confirmations.
  • Manage and maintain customer records, pricing, and order details.
  • Process sales orders and coordinate with the factory team for timely dispatches.
  • Maintain strong communication with distributors, channel partners, branch managers & factory team.
  • Handle customer queries and solve customer issues.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for the senior management.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel), ERP/CRM software.
  • Graduation/ MBA.
