Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team in achieving business objectives. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, assisting in client communication, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate and follow up with clients for orders, payments, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
  • Track sales performance and prepare MIS reports for management review.
  • Handle inquiries from customers and provide required information.
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure order fulfilment.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and sales-related events.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the supply chain team for timely replenishment.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the sales team and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
