  • Actively prospect for new project sales and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Search for new clients through cold calling, networking, references, and field visits.
  • Attend client meetings to understand their interior/furniture requirements and explain suitable solutions.
  • Work closely with the Design Department to communicate client needs, design concepts, and required changes.
  • Coordinate for estimates, proposals, 3D drawings, store/site measurements, and approvals.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, project schedules, and other relevant documentation.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between client, design, production, dispatch, and sales teams throughout the project.
  • Handle complete client handholding from initial enquiry to final project completion.
  • Monitor project activities by coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Build long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their expectations and maintaining regular follow-ups.
  • Ensure client quality requirements are met before dispatch of the final product.
  • Address customer queries/complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain updated records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and closures on the sales panel/CRM in real time.
  • Track market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities and share insights with the management.
  • Support the execution of sales strategies that expand the company's customer base.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, revenue updates, and realistic forecasts for management review.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
