Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharma, FMCG industry, and will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.Experience in Lenticular industry is preferred. Key Responsibilities: . Develop and execute sales and marketing plans that meet or exceed company targets and goals . Identify potential customers, develop relationships, and close sales to meet revenue objectives . Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and   market expansion . Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry influencers . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and promotions . Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends . Manage the sales process from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention . Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports Represent the company at industry events    and conferences
Education/Experience Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field . 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing in the pharma and FMCG.(Experience in Lenticular       industry is preferred.) . Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful marketing campaigns. . Strong organizational and time management skills . Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software . Willingness to travel as required .
