About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for business-to-business functions. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for sales, account management, partnerships, and other client-facing roles that drive our B2B growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs for B2B-focused positions.
  • Develop and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional network
  • Screen and assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and experience in B2B environments.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding in collaboration with HR.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for future B2B hiring needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.

Requirements:

  • 25 years of recruitment experience, preferably in B2B or bulk hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Proven ability to hire for sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for SaaS, technology, or professional services companies
  • Strong network within B2B industries.
  • Data-driven approach to hiring decisions.
