Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and creating a positive office atmosphere

  • Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices

  • Organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary

  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on the necessary documentation for customs clearance

  • Ensure timely submission of all import/export documentation to avoid delays or penalties.

  • Coordinate with customs officers for timely clearance of goods.

  • Handle duties, taxes, and fees as per government rules.

  • Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets

  • Talk to shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters.

  • Keep clients informed about the status of their shipments.

  • Inward & Outward Couriers receiving & updating

  • Have Knowledge of Documents Recognitions.

  • Application Preparations (Excel & MS Word)

  • Excel sheet Preparation (Statements)

Skills:

  1. Strength in Matrix

  2. Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word

  3. Linguistic Fluency in English, Hindi & Local Language (Optional)

  4. Logical Thinking

  5. Template Creation

  6. Best Utilization of Office Tools & SOPs

  7. Education: B. Com, M. Com & MBA

  8. Experience: 2+ Years Exp in Front Office Position

  9. Communication Skills: English, Hindi & Local Language (Mandatory)
