Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin to join our team for a remote project based in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have expert-level certification and hands-on experience managing complex Salesforce environments across multiple organizations and agencies. This role requires strong technical skills in Salesforce administration, integrations, and automation, with a focus on improving deployment processes and supporting critical ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple Salesforce organizations across different agencies ensuring smooth operations and configuration.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with platforms such as Mulesoft, Forgerock, AWS, and Tableau.
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes, replacing manual steps with automated solutions.
  • Support and contribute to critical ongoing projects including SWAN, CEAP, IVR, and Opportunity Center.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, implement fixes, and perform regular system audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Admin (Expert) mandatory.
  • Strong experience with Mulesoft, Forgerock, AWS, and Tableau integrations.
  • Proven ability to design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments.
  • Experience managing multiple Salesforce orgs across agencies or departments.
  • Familiarity with projects such as SWAN, CEAP, IVR, and Opportunity Center is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
