Job Title: Smartsheet Admin & Support Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Work from office 2 days a week, from Day 1) Experience: 3 to 5 Years Shift Timings: Rotational (including weekends on-call)

• 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
• 2:00 PM 11:00 PM
• 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Smartsheet Admin & Support Specialist with proven expertise in Smartsheet administration, integrations, and support operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Smartsheet configuration, workflows, and API integrations with enterprise tools, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Smartsheet templates, workflows, and automation.
• Integrate Smartsheet with enterprise platforms (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, SAP) using APIs.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
• Support Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) administration tasks as needed.
• Participate in rotational shifts, including weekend on-call responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Smartsheet Admin & Support professional.
• Strong expertise in Smartsheet configuration, template design, and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations (Jira, Salesforce, SAP).
• Familiarity with Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Additional Requirements

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 15 days preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Hybrid mode from the Hyderabad office. No exceptions.
• Candidates should be open to rotational shifts (including weekends).
