Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Fixed: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 + Incentives up to ₹30,000)
About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will focus on B2B client acquisition and relationship building within the real estate industry. This role offers high growth potential and attractive incentives for performance-driven individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients for real estate solutions
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
Work closely with the sales and operations team to meet business goals
Generate new leads through market research, networking, and referrals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
