Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze bank statements.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
  • Research and interpret data to answer accounting and financial queries.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Research and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Protect the organizations value by maintaining confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the accounting and organizational mission by completing related tasks as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in spoken English (preferred).
  • High degree of accuracy in daily work and special projects.
  • Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.
  • Adherence to policies, procedures, and instructions of managers for financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with GAAP accounting (highly preferred).
  • Hands-on experience using QuickBooks (preferred).
