Job Title: Sales Manager Flavour & Fragrance Ingredients

Department: Sales & Business Development

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the flavour, fragrance, or specialty chemicals industry. The role involves managing and developing business with direct clients, FMCG companies, fragrance & flavour houses, and ingredient suppliers globally.

The candidate should have a strong technical understanding of aroma chemicals or essential oils, coupled with proven experience in B2B sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for assigned product lines and territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including fragrance & flavour houses, FMCG manufacturers, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, R&D, quality) to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in the F&F ingredients space.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, performance reports,and market intelligence updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the industry
  • Strong existing network with fragrance & flavour houses, FMCG, or ingredient suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
