Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager Training role based in Gujarat, India. The Assistant Manager Training will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs to enhance employee performance and skill development. The role involves managing training schedules, supervising sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Additionally, the role includes addressing employee feedback and providing guidance to promote growth and learning within the organization.

  • Flexibility to work on-site in Gujarat, India, and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Education, or a related field is preferred.
