Job Description:

Designation: Training Manager

Place: Ahmedabad

Shift Timing: 12.30 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Cab Facility - NA

Qualification - CPA

Experience- 4 yrs+

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying training needs and delivering a variety of training programs - scaling from process to product, across various levels and programs in accordance with legislation and current industry standards.
  • He will prepare or develop the training workbooks, Courses,, storyboards, presentations, activity list etc. within the time-frame.
  • Encourage Employees for Training - Accordingly Designing / Developing a programme of Training.
  • Tracking Employees Progress
  • The Manager Training will develop and maintain training content and assessments by working closely with Subject matter experts.
  • NHT (New Hire Trainings)
  • Refresher Training
  • TL (Team Leader) Process Training (TLPT)
  • TTT (Training the Trainer Programs)
  • Process Knowledge Dip Check + Assessments Designing and Invigilation
  • Implementation of Training KPI
  • Timely Basis Implementation of Training

Experience:

  • Only International BPO / KPO experience will be considered
  • Willing to work in US - UK Shifts
  • Outstanding Presentation Skills
  • Ability to Lead Full Training Cycle
  • Excellent Team Player
