Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer/Training & Development Manager located in Ahmedabad/Nadiad. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering sales training programs, preparing training materials, and conducting training sessions. Additionally, the role involves evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, mentoring sales staff, and collaborating with the sales team to identify training needs and areas for improvement. The candidate will also be responsible for creating and maintaining training records and reports.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Presentation Skills and Sales Trainings
  • Experience in Training & Development
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to assess training needs and measure effectiveness
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field
