This role is an entry point into Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations, giving you exposure to real-world hiring processes while working in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Apply for jobs on behalf of clients across multiple job portals (LinkedIn, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.) with accuracy and attention to detail.

Source, review, and screen resumes based on given requirements.

Assist in connecting IT and non-IT talent with top opportunities across the U.S.

Maintain records and trackers in Excel for reporting and monitoring.

Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly performance targets.

Ensure smooth communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree or recent graduates

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Proficient in using the LinkedIn portal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with online job portals.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Strong ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a remote environment.

Technical: Must have a personal laptop and a strong internet connection.

Work Hours:
Ability to work in the USA-EST time zone (night shift).

Location:
Hyderabad-based candidates preferred.

Prior experience in recruitment is a plus, but no prior experience required — full training provided prior to you start the work. Female candidates are encouraged to apply (not mandatory)
