Job Title:
Incident Manager (Long-Term Contract)

Location:
Cessna Business Park, Bangalore (Hybrid)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Broad understanding of Cisco Webex Meetings, Webex Contact Center, Webex Calling, AWS, and system architectures.
  • Ability to analyze logs, dashboards, and monitoring tools to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong documentation, trend analysis, and incident tracking abilities.

Desired Skills:

  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with incident management tools such as JIRA, PagerDuty, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact during major incidents, ensuring structured and transparent communication.
  • Engage effectively with engineering, product, and leadership teams for escalation and resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, service owners, and engineers to drive root cause analysis (RCA) and prevent recurring issues.
  • Attend postmortems, document findings, and ensure actionable follow-ups for engineering improvements (monitoring, automation, optimization).
  • Provide timely communication updates to business stakeholders and leadership before, during, and after incident resolution.
