Our global footprint of nearly 2,000 data scientists and analysts assist client organizations with complex risk minimization methods, advanced marketing, pricing and CRM strategies, internal cost analysis, and cost and resource optimization within the organization. ;EXL Analytics serves the insurance, healthcare, banking, capital markets, utilities, retail and e-commerce, travel, transportation and logistics industries. ;Please visit ; ;for more information about EXL Analytics.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, enabling data-driven decision-making across business units.Build and maintain semantic layers and calculated fields in Tableau to support advanced visualizations and user-friendly reporting.Utilize SQL to structure, query, and maintain datasets across platforms such as Oracle, BigQuery, and other relational databases.Leverage Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and automation of workflows to streamline analytics processes.Conduct data reconciliation and validation to maintain high standards of data integrity.Apply strong analytical skills to identify data discrepancies, assess quality, and implement corrective actions.Uphold data governance and security best practices to protect sensitive information.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Provide data-driven recommendations, pose insightful questions, and suggest improvements to enhance business outcomes.Communicate and escalate issues appropriately, ensuring timely updates and resolution.Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a collaborative and solution-oriented approach. ; ;Candidate Profile:Bachelor's/master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related analytics fields.Proven expertise in Tableau, including dashboard development, calculated fields, and performance optimization.Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience in writing complex queries and managing large datasets.Hands-on experience with Alteryx, including workflow creation, data blending, and automation.Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and take on challenging tasks with a proactive mindset. ;What we offer: ;EXL Analytics offers an exciting, fast paced and innovative environment, which brings together a group of sharp and entrepreneurial professionals who are eager to influence business decisions.
