Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area for an Interior Site Supervisor. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the project sites, coordinate with contractors and designers, ensure the timely completion of tasks, maintain safety and quality standards, and resolve on-site issues. They will also be tasked with monitoring progress, managing materials and resources, and facilitating communication among all stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently.

Key Responsibility

1. Site Supervision & Coordination

  • Supervise all on-site interior works (carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing, painting).
  • Ensure work execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely work completion.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly.

2. Project Scheduling & Reporting

  • Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely progress.
  • Maintain daily site reports including activities, progress, and material usage.
  • Manage documentation for attendance, deliveries, and inspections.

3. Quality & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on site.
  • Monitor workmanship and materials to maintain expected quality and design intent.
  • Conduct quality checks, snag identification, and rectification before handover.

4. Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and clients for approvals and site updates.
  • Attend project meetings and update management on progress and issues.
  • Support resolution of technical and logistical challenges on site.
