- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of design concepts.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address issues.

- Proven experience as an interior site supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in project management software.
