Role & responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, etc.).
  • Journey & Automation Setup: Create and optimize customer journeys, automation workflows, and triggered communications.
  • Email Development: Develop responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript; ensure compatibility across devices and email clients.
  • Audience Segmentation & Data Management: Utilize Contact Builder and Data Extensions to segment audiences and manage subscriber data.
  • Personalization & Dynamic Content: Implement personalization logic and dynamic content for targeted campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend optimizations using SFMC Analytics and Google Analytics (if applicable).
  • Integration: Work with APIs, SQL queries, and data connectors to integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure campaigns adhere to email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Best Practices: Stay updated with SFMC features, marketing automation trends, and deliverability best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder).
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS for email customization.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Connect for CRM integration.
  • Understanding of API integrations (REST/SOAP) for Marketing Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
