Job Overview :

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with 6-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in SFMC modules, AMPscript, SSJS, data extensions, and API integrations to deliver personalized and effective customer journeys.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement complex marketing automation solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) across various studios (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, CloudPages).

- Write advanced AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) for personalized content, dynamic email creation, custom preference centers, and complex data manipulations.

- Develop and manage data extensions, SQL queries, and filtered data extensions for segmentation, personalization, and audience targeting within SFMC.

- Configure and integrate SFMC with external systems, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), and other data sources using API integrations (SOAP/REST).

- Build and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, incorporating decision splits, engagement splits, and custom activities to create sophisticated multi-channel experiences.

- Implement and manage SFMC Connectors (e.g., Marketing Cloud Connect) for seamless data flow between Salesforce CRM and SFMC.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues related to email deliverability, data segmentation, automation failures, and integration problems within SFMC.

- Collaborate closely with marketing managers, solution architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable SFMC solutions.

- Develop and maintain custom CloudPages and Landing Pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPscript for data capture and interactive experiences.

- Ensure adherence to SFMC best practices, data governance policies, and security standards for all development activities.

- Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

- Conduct thorough testing of all SFMC implementations, including unit testing, integration testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud releases, features, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills :

- 6-10 years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

- Expert-level proficiency in AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) for advanced personalization and automation.

- Strong experience in SFMC Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.

- Deep understanding of SFMC data structures, including Data Extensions, Publication Lists, and Suppression Lists.

- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data manipulation and segmentation within SFMC.

- Proven experience with SFMC API integrations (SOAP and REST) with external systems and CRM platforms.

- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Connect for Salesforce CRM integration.

- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building CloudPages, Landing Pages, and email templates.

- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, customer journeys, and digital marketing best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills within the SFMC environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification.

- Experience with Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, or Interaction Studio.

- Knowledge of other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
