Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Global Compensation Manager. The role involves developing and managing global compensation strategies and structures, conducting job evaluations, and designing competitive compensation frameworks. You will be responsible for overseeing compensation planning processes, ensuring market competitiveness, and aligning reward systems with business goals. The position requires collaboration across departments and regions to ensure consistency, compliance, and effectiveness in compensation policies and practices.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Compensation Planning and developing competitive Compensation Strategies
  • Proficiency in Job Evaluation techniques and designing Compensation Structures that align with business goals
  • Experience in Compensation Management and ensuring compliance with global compensation regulations
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in compensation management in a global setting
  • Certifications in Compensation or HR practices (e.g., CCP, SPHR) are advantageous
