About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR CB Specialist to join on a contractual basis. The role will focus on Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Performance Management, HR Analytics, and Business Partnering, providing critical support to business leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage Compensation & Benefits programs.
  • Support and drive the Performance Management cycle across the organization.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to address employee relations and HR issues.
  • Collaborate with Finance & HR teams to handle payroll and employee benefits queries.
  • Develop and deliver HR dashboards and analytics to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment of HR practices with company strategy and competitiveness in pay.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership using Excel and PowerPoint.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Masters in HR from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
  • Experience: 57 years in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and HR Business Partnering.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use data and analytics to drive HR decision-making.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
