Responsibility Area :
Sales Strategy and Planning :
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Set sales goals and objectives for the team and create action plans
to achieve them.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members as needed.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensur
ethe team's success.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients and partners
. Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts and handle negotiation
s.Work closely with the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Sales Operations and Reporting:
Oversee sales operations, including pricing, contracts, and order managemen
