We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in order dispatch, packaging, shipment tracking, and handling returns. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and backend operations, and be capable of handling daily tasks efficiently to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete order fulfillment process – from order receipt to dispatch.
  • Supervise and perform packing of orders ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Coordinate with courier partners for pickup and delivery arrangements.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues proactively.
  • Handle customer returns and process refunds/replacements as per policy.
  • Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries, and returns.
  • Manage inventory and update stock levels on relevant platforms.
  • Upload products, manage listings, and update product details/images on e-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website.
  • Collaborate with customer service for smooth order processing and customer communication.
  • Generate and maintain daily/weekly order reports for internal review.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of major e-commerce platforms and courier dashboards.
  • Excellent skills in packaging, order handling, and tracking systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and online dashboards.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Must be physically fit to handle product movement and packaging tasks.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Male candidate due to physical nature of dispatch/packing tasks.
  • Candidates residing in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a product-based or e-commerce company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
