Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include conducting detailed consultations with prospective patients to understand their objectives and recommend suitable procedures, clearly and accurately elaborating on surgical and non-surgical options, pricing, and financing, following up on leads and inquiries to facilitate sales closure, fostering enduring relationships with patients to drive loyalty and referrals, collaborating with surgeons, nurses, and other team members to ensure a seamless patient journey, surpassing monthly and quarterly sales objectives, staying informed about the clinic's services, promotions, and industry developments, documenting all patient interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, and participating in training sessions and events to remain updated on aesthetic procedures and sales strategies.
Desirable qualifications include a background in aesthetic sales, medi-spa, or luxury retail, prior experience in a medical or clinical setting, and bilingual proficiency. Your compensation will consist of a base salary along with performance-based incentives, employee discounts on treatments and skincare products, paid time off and holidays, and access to training and professional development opportunities.

Your primary responsibility will involve educating potential patients about both surgical and non-surgical procedures, establishing trust, and converting inquiries into scheduled treatments while meeting specific sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, coupled with a deep passion for aesthetics and patient care.

To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in aesthetics, cosmetics, or healthcare, possess a solid understanding or interest in plastic surgery and cosmetic treatments, exhibit exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence, showcase a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, be proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, and exhibit the ability to multitask and excel in a dynamic environment.
