Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include market research, prospecting, sales presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in Market Research, Prospecting, and Networking
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the construction industry or related field is a plus
