Job Title: Q-Commerce Executive
Repozitory Technologies Pvt Ltd ) is rapidly expanding into the Q-Commerce space, enabling brands to deliver products instantly through platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. We are looking for a growth-focused and data-driven Q-Commerce Executive to scale brand visibility, conversions, and revenue across ultra-fast delivery platforms.
About the Role
You will be responsible for driving growth on Q-Commerce channels by optimizing listings, managing campaigns, improving product discoverability, and coordinating with platform teams to maximize sales opportunities. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, data-backed environments.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and visibility across Q-Commerce platforms through growth-focused strategies.
Optimize listings — titles, keywords, creatives, pricing, and categorization — to improve discoverability and conversion.
Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, promotions, and visibility initiatives.
Analyze data (sales, CTR, conversions, retention) to identify actionable growth insights.
Work with design and marketing teams to build platform-specific creatives, banners, and brand assets.
Coordinate with account managers across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart for visibility boosts and growth tie-ups.
Track competitor activities and identify category whitespace opportunities.
Align inventory with sales expectations so high-performing SKUs never go out of stock.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Q-Commerce or marketplace growth roles.
Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart (mandatory).
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to convert data into growth decisions.
Experience working in a D2C or startup environment preferred.
Creative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and agility.
