As we expand across locations, we’re looking for a diligent and detail-oriented **Accounts Executive** to support our finance operations and ensure smooth financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.)
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flows
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax filings as per compliance requirements
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding financial transactions
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records
- Support external audits and assist in financial data compilation
- Track inventory-related costs in coordination with operations teams
- Manage petty cash and ensure accurate reporting

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
- Good Excel skills and ability to work with financial data
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
