**Job Summary**

Accounting Executive is responsible for managing the relationship between a company and its customers and clients. Account executives communicate with the company’s customers and ensure that the company’s products and services cater to the customers’ needs. They identify and reach out to potential clients and nurture relationships that help turn leads into customers. Account executives are also involved in creating business plans, setting sales targets and maintaining sales records for the company. Additionally, account executives are often also responsible for customer service and support, helping clients with their queries and providing technical support as needed.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
- Pays invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling, preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment.
- Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information, computing charges, and refunds, and preparing and mailing invoices.
- Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts and notifying customers of insufficient payments.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
- Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
- Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation, issuing stop payments and adjustments.
- Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Education/Skills/Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline.
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
- Intermediate personal computer skills including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
- Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services
- Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this role to effectively support and enhance the customer experiences.

Location : Hisar

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
