Job Summary

We are looking for a female Telecalling Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential leads, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and maintaining customer follow-ups. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and explain property details.
  • Generate interest and qualify leads from online portals, campaigns, and inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with customers until closure.
  • Update lead information and call status in CRM/Excel.
  • Provide accurate information regarding projects, pricing, and availability.
  • Handle customer questions politely and professionally.
  • Support sales team with lead nurturing and coordination tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Female candidates only (as per job requirement).
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate.
  • Good communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Prior telecalling or real estate experience is an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM).
  • Pleasant voice, confident and persuasive speaking style.
  • Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-oriented environment.
