  Role Description:
  • The Sales and Account Management role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and customers to promote the company's products (Probe42 Banking and Probe42 Business)
  • The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building long-term relationships, and maintaining existing accounts. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and building relationships with potential clients
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and requirements, and offering solutions that meet those needs
  • Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospective customers
  • Coordinating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company's products, industry trends, and competitors
     Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, if required
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and account management
