Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect, located in Raipur. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural concepts, creating detailed project plans, and managing architectural projects through all phases. The role requires site evaluation, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining project timelines while ensuring the highest standards of design integrity and execution. Coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the creation of design concepts and detailed drawings.
  • Proficiency in Software Development and Integration related to architectural processes or tools.
  • Strong skills in Project Management, including the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients, consultants, and project teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
  • Experience with sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with relevant design and modeling software is highly desirable.
