We are looking for a qualified Architect who can develop clear, detailed drawings and diagrams using AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the complete project lifecycle from concept to execution and the ability to coordinate effectively with teams, consultants, and site personnel to ensure timely and compliant delivery. Regular quality checks and adherence to applicable regulations will be a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare architectural drawings and plans that clearly communicate design intent
  • Apply knowledge of engineering principles, materials, mathematics, and construction methods to deliver optimal design solutions
  • Conduct site visits to monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Oversee the construction process and provide design and technical recommendations as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to define project goals, timelines, and budgets
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architecture and construction
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of 3D software
