Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of paper additives to manufacturers and converters in the paper industry. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the paper additives sector.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities with paper manufacturers and converters in India.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients about our paper additives and their benefits.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to tailor solutions that meet specific customer needs and market demands.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote company products.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical or paper industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of paper additives and their applications is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within India as required.
