Job Profile:
Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, hotel bookings for staff and management and preparing reports.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Assist in documentation and other office related work
Maintain filing systems and ensure all company documents are up-to-date and accessible.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Advance Excel)
Educational Qualification: Graduate/MBA Fresher
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
