- Looking after the safety and maintainance of the showrooms in respect of admin work.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Updating admin related information/data into the MIS
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Building relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to deliver on approved and agreed plans.
- Maintainence of Office equipment is done as per schedule, contracts are reviewed and renewed as required.
- Keeps a tab on all administrative expenses.
- Record keeping of stationary and providing the same.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
