Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a dynamic person for the position of Transport Executive/ Admin Executive who will be able to do the following-

  • Can manage and supervise repair & maintenance works for a large fleet of vehicles which include: School Buses, Vans & Cars.
  • Can co-ordinate and has experience into liaising with the RTO and other government offices for clearances.
  • Is able to maintain cordial relationships with the government officials.
  • Ensures that vehicle maintenance works of the organization are handled quickly, safely, and within budget constraints.
  • Diagnostic capability in finding mechanical faults and can easily troubleshoot them.

Coordinate with outside service stations that provide all kind of maintenance services.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Complete transport management
  • Coordination and liaising with the RTO and other government offices for clearances
  • Maintaining cordial relationships with the government officials.
  • Supervise all maintenance works of all company's vehicles and bring 100% transperancy.
  • Assist in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with outside servicing agencies to fulfill the daily work orders at best prices with quality repair works.
  • Negotiate the repair & maintenance quotations at reasonable rates.
  • Suggesting when the need of replacement required.
  • Cross checking the repair work.
  • Proper maintenance plan in order to prevent road breakdown and ability to handle if any breakdown happens.
