Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and order at all times.
- Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and packages.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support (data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.).
- Coordinate with office staff to support administrative needs.
- Assist in handling inquiries (in person, via phone, or email) and provide accurate information.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum: High school diploma / Graduate preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or in a similar role (1–3 years preferred).
