Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will support various human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and training, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
- Post job advertisements, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial HR rounds.
- Handle recruitment for plant-level and technical positions relevant to automobile manufacturing and operations.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires including documentation, ID creation, and orientation.
- Conduct induction programs to introduce company policies, culture, and safety norms.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, etc.).
- Assist in processing payroll and ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed in line with labor laws and industry best practices.
4. Training & Development
- Coordinate technical and soft skill training programs for employees.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training records.
5. Performance Management
- Assist in appraisal process including data collection, scheduling evaluations, and documentation.
- Support managers in implementing KPIs and performance improvement plans.
6. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Address employee grievances and escalate serious issues to HR Manager.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure adherence to the code of conduct.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or automobile environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws, factory act, and statutory compliance.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HRIS systems and MS Office tools
- Knowledge of recruitment practices for technical roles
- Problem-solving attitude and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential data with integrity
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
