Skills, Experience & Personality Fitment

  • Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Maths and Science.
  • At least 2 years of full-time work experience in related roles.
  • Hands-on experience working with national-level curricula and subjects across classes.
  • Comfortable and efficient with remote working setups.
  • Skilled at researching and curating quality, free-to-use content aligned with State Board curricula and awareness of the New National Educational Policy.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, with a focus on Excel and Word, paying attention to detail.
  • Personality traits valued: focus, aspiration for growth, humility, and confidence.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support Team Leads by monitoring updates and changes in State Board curricula.
  • Thoroughly understand state syllabi, subjects, courses, and content requirements.
  • Assist in sourcing and maintaining high-quality, free-to-use content repositories from partner and government platforms like Diksha.
  • Regularly review and verify existing content libraries in multiple languages.
  • Identify gaps, correct errors, and enhance content alignment and quality.
  • Update and maintain master sheets for state board content as needed.
  • Review and finalise accurate content for deployment across platforms.
