Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
Visit potential and existing customers to present products and services
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition
Build long-lasting customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Work closely with internal teams
Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to travel within assigned territory
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Loans, Insurance, Taxations)
Knowledge of local market and customer base
