Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Placement Officer to join our dynamic team at the Chennai headquarters. This full-time, mid-level position is ideal for individuals with up to 6 years of experience in the field. The Placement Officer will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between academia and the job market by facilitating successful placements for students.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Familiarity with talent acquisition processes to efficiently manage candidate sourcing and hiring.
  • Proven experience in employer branding to enhance company prestige and attract talented candidates.
  • Expertise in data analytics in HR for better insights into industry trends and candidate performance.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively coordinate terms between employers and potential candidates.
  • Proficiency with candidate assessment tools to select the most suitable applicants for various positions.
  • Expertise in recruitment marketing (Mandatory skill) to create engaging job ads and market positions effectively.
  • Excellent relationship management (Mandatory skill) skills to maintain strong connections with colleges and employers.
  • Experience in student placement (Mandatory skill) to aid in successful internships and job placements for students.

  • Develop and foster partnerships with colleges to facilitate student placement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with employers to understand their recruitment needs and align them with student capabilities.
  • Organize and manage placement drives and campus recruitment events, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Design and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent for available positions.
  • Enhance the company's employer brand by implementing effective communication and collaboration strategies.
