About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished 
Placement Officer
 with a strong background in 
Investment Banking and Financial Services placements
. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry linkages across 
boutique investment firms, private equity houses, venture capital funds, and multinational investment banks
.

This role involves 
strategic relationship-building
 with recruiters and financial institutions to ensure the placement of highly skilled candidates in elite finance roles, aligning institutional talent outcomes with the evolving demands of the global financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain 
    strategic alliances
     with top investment banks, boutique advisory firms, and global financial institutions.
  • Develop and execute 
    placement strategies
     for candidates targeting roles in 
    M&A, equity research, private equity, risk advisory, and asset management
    .
  • Identify and onboard 
    new recruiter partnerships
     across domestic and international financial hubs.
  • Conduct 
    market intelligence studies
     to align candidate capabilities with evolving financial services trends.
  • Organize 
    career fairs, networking events, and industry immersion programs
     for candidates aspiring to join the investment banking domain.
  • Mentor candidates on 
    resume refinement, interview readiness, and technical competency enhancement
    .
  • Maintain 
    placement performance dashboards
     and drive data-driven insights to enhance recruiter satisfaction and placement outcomes.

Desired Profile:

  • Minimum 
    5 years
     of experience in 
    Investment Banking / Financial Services Recruitment / Career Services
    .
  • Proven record of 
    successful placements
     in high-value finance roles.
  • Established 
    network within boutique and multinational financial institutions
    .
  • Excellent 
    relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
    .
  • Educational Qualification: 
    MBA / Master's in Finance, HR, or related discipline preferred
    .
