We are looking for a proactive and dynamic
HR Executive
to join our team. The role involves sourcing new clients, coordinating student placements, and managing campus recruitment drives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with colleges and companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:
    Identify and onboard new client companies for manpower and placement partnerships.
  • Student Placement:
    Coordinate with candidates/students and place them in suitable roles within client organizations.
  • Campus Recruitment:
    Visit colleges for hiring drives, conduct presentations, and manage the recruitment process.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure smooth coordination for recruitment needs.
  • Database Management:
    Maintain candidate and client records, track placement status, and prepare reports.
  • Job Posting & Sourcing:
    Post job openings on portals and social media, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Follow-up:
    Ensure successful joining and feedback collection from clients and candidates.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with the HR and Business Development teams to achieve placement targets.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong networking and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets
  • Willingness to travel for campus drives and client meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • MBA in HR (Preferred)

Salary:

  • ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on performance and experience)
